Please make checks payable to Stanford University and be sure to specify
Center for Research and Treatment of Down Syndrome as the recipient. Mail checks to:

Donating online

To make an online contribution, please access the Giving to Stanford web site.
Once you're there:

• Click the "Make a Gift Now" button
  
• Choose "Stanford Medical Center" from the pull-down menu
  
• Under "Further Designation" select "School of Medicine - other (specify below)"
  
• Under "Special Instructions" write "Center for Research and Treatment of Down Syndrome" in the text field
  
• Complete the remainder of the form
